Refund Policy

** Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price.

** However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

In addition, here are some Terms and Conditions to consider :
** Please note that “wforwoman.com 15 Day Returns Policy” does not apply to Jewellery and Bags
** TRefund/ replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by W team
** Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy
** Some special rules for promotional offers may override “wforwoman.com’s 15 Day Returns Policy.”
** Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Exchange Policy

** Our Simple 15-day Exchange Policy

Clause I:
** In case you want to exchange product – you can simply exchange the product with us, in an unused condition with Intact Tags & original Invoice, within 15 days of its receipt under No Questions Asked Policy.

** The policy provides customers with freedom to exchange, goods in unused condition without assigning any reason behind the exchange.

Please note :
** Shipping cost (from our place to customer’s address and from customer’s address to our place) of goods returned under the above stated clause shall be borne by W for Woman.
** The customer has the option of Exchange/Refund for the product within this scheme.
** The customer can either return the product to the Delhivery warehouse or return it at the nearest W store.
** Delhivery/Store manager will be taking a call on the saleability of the product further and basis that will be initiating a refund/exchange for the product immediately.

Clause II:
** Exchange product as per Clause I will be dispatched to the customer only after our QC team will confirm that the products are saleable and in appropriate condition.

Clause III:
** This policy is applicable only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.

Clause IV :
** Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect such as Colour bleeding, pleading, shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by TCNS Clothing Co. Pvt. Ltd.

Please note :
** Shipping cost (from our place to customer’s address and from customer’s address to our place) of the goods returned under clause IV, on account of any manufacturing defect, shall be borne by W for Woman.

** If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), the customer has the option of Exchange/Refunding the product.

** The customer can also choose to return the product at the nearest W store. However, as we are bearing the cost of return couriers, we would request the return of the product to the Delhivery warehouse.

** In case of a Manufacturing defect for which the customer visits the W store, the Store manager will be informing the head office and a refund/exchange for the product can be undertaken after proper approval.

  2. Tcns clothing I have returned my product but they are not refunding the amount saying reason that they haven’t received the product and when they called I have refused to return. Worst customer support.

  3. It’s a worst experience with this brand, it’s around three months, I didn’t get my money back, why don’t we find a case on this company, I am ready …..how these people are stoling people’s money…. Bad experience….. All of you come front to raise a compliant

  4. I placed an order worth 4999 on 31st October. They canceled it without any reason and since then till today I have not received my refund. Called customer support wrote so many emails but all they do is make excuses and apologies and no refund yet. Extremely disappointed by TCNS

  7. TCNS CLOTHING is a FRAUD company. I returned my product on 9th AUGUST due to size issue. But I have not got my refund till now and customer care executives are not giving new excuses everytime I call them.

  9. I ordered size 18 kurti but I got a smaller size now I am trying to call the customer care but they are not picking up bad service no body should order online from W

  10. I am a customer of tcns clothing. I ordered 3 product of Aurelia online.
    Unfortunately when they deliver I got only 2 of the product 1 is missing .
    Though not in size the 2 product they deliver .

    I had tried to call customer service but it is very unfortunate that they didn’t receive my call form my number . But when I tried to from other they picked up phone in one ring .. it is not support that we expect from tcns clothing.

    Please refund my money back and take return those two product.

  16. I have ordered Kurtas from your website through prepaid mode and I did not receive any message but the amount has been deducted twice. Kindly refund it.

  23. It’s been a really bad experience buying from here. First of all you people delivered the wrong size and then taking refund is a huge task. Persuing customer for more than a month now. Pathetic service. Didn’t know I will have to bother myself this way to get my own money back, calling again and again resulting in NO OUTCOME. Amount to be refunded might not be big but there is something called as customer service, which you people completely lack at.

  25. Its is the most horrible customer care service I have seen. The parcel for refund has been picked up on 20th November, 2018 and still no refund received. Whenever I sent reminder, they say we apologize and will initiate the process. It is going out since last 1.5 months.

      How to Exchange:
      To raise an exchange request please drop us an email on customercare @ tcnsclothing.com and we will process your request. Kindly attach the invoice and product image with this mail. If you have multiple products kindly mention the Product ID on the email to avoid confusion.

      Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive a SMS on the day of pick up. In case the product is being sent to our courier partner it should be sent to the below given address:
