Damaged on Delivery :
1. Please refuse to accept the order.
2. Request the POD (Proof of Delivery) copy from the delivery associate. Use this POD to make a written remark about the condition in which you have received your order.

Road permits/Tax documents:
** Some Indian states require additional documents while travelling by road.
** For such states, we would require you to provide the relevant documents.

Local Body TaxOctroi :
** The state of Maharashtra levies Local Body Tax Octroi charges when your orders enter the state.
** These charges can vary from 3% to 6% of the order value.
** This tax is not included in the shipping charge and will have to be paid to the delivery associate wherever applicable.

** Rs 2000 – Rs3999 – Rs75
** Rs 4000-Rs 5999 – Rs 50
** Rs 6000& above – Free

Note :
** The shipping cost for any bike (without accessories) all over India, is Rs.700/- per bike
** Any product that categorizes itself as heavy and needs installation/ setup will be treated as a separate order and would have a base charge of Rs 700 irrelevant of the cart value (heavy equipment = no slab rate)

Cancellation Policy

** Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
** Decathlon reserves the right at sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:
** Limitations on quantities available for purchase
** Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or
** Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
** We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
** We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
** If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account.
** The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Decathlon and accept Decathlon’s decision regarding the cancellation.
