Delivery Policy

What is the estimated delivery time?
We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon the size of your purchased furniture item. To calculate the estimated delivery time of your order, please refer to the list below:

Small Sized Furniture Items: 7-14 Business Days
Heavy Furniture Items: 20-25 Business Days

What if I don’t get my furniture even after the estimated date?
Wooden Street strives to reduce the shipping time, though some technical glitches may result in delay. If you are waiting for longer than usual, you are requested either to track your order or to call our Customer Service Representatives at +91-9667296937 (9 AM – 9 PM).

Are there an additional fees to ship my product?
You don’t have to pay anything extra for your order. All products at Wooden Street are shipped absolutely free of charge.

How will you deliver my purchase?
We have partnered with leading logistics companies to ensure that your furniture arrives intact and right on time.

Can I receive my order at a different address?
Yes, Wooden Street can deliver your furniture at an address other than the billing address.

Can you deliver my product overseas?
No, currently Wooden Street products are available for national delivery only.

What am I responsible upon delivery?
At the time of delivery, you are requested to ensure that the packaging is intact, no part is damaged or missing of your furniture. In case you find any damage, kindly contact our Customer Service Representatives at +91-9667296937 (9 AM – 9 PM) and inform about the same within 48 hours of delivery.

Where does Wooden Street provide free installation services?
WoodenStreet offers its free installation services in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore at present.

Does Wooden Street provide free installation for all the products?
WoodenStreet shall not be responsible for providing a free installation for the Wall Shelves, Decor Items, or similar products that cost less than INR 5000.

What should a customer do with the wooden carat/packaging material?
The wooden packaging material used for shipping a product is a property of WoodenStreet, and should not be disposed of by any customer. WoodenStreet believes in recycling these wooden carats and hence would like to collect these back from customer’s place and re-use it.

Custom Product Delivery timeline?
Custom made products can get delay by 2-3 weeks, over a regular delivery time of 3-4 weeks
