How much are the shipping charges?
** Playgoose.com charges a flat rate of Rs. 100 on Order values between Rs.50 to Rs.500 and Rs.300 on order value between Rs.501 to Rs.1000.

What is the estimated delivery time?
** The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page.
** It may differ from one item to another.

Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
Mentioned as 3 days delivery time :
** These items will also be mentioned as “In Stock”.
** For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3 business days.
** For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
** Business days exclude public holidays and sundays. Also note that this doesn’t apply to bulk orders.

How will the delivery be done?
** We process the national delivery only through reputed couriers.
** If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your item via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Cancellations by the customer :
** In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
** On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Playgoose.com, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 5% of the order value.
** Playgoose.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
** The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Playgoose.com and accept Playgoose.com decision regarding the cancellation.

Returns :
** If after having received the product, you don’t like the product, or need a different size, we’d provide you with a free return pickup.
** We do expect that the product would be unused, not tampered with or damaged in anyway and perfectly usable.
** We check the product once we receive it in our office and if it’s found OK, we’ll process the refund/replacement in 48-72 hours.
