Shipping Policy :
** For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only.
** Orders are shipped within 3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms.
** Fitzstudio.co is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
** Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
** Fitzstudio.co is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Return Policy :
** 15 Day Returns Policy,”No Questions Asked Return Policy!”
** All you need to do is give us a call on 022-40777376 or 08689812222 or drop an email to cc AT fitzstudio.co within a period of 5 days, from the date of receipt and then you’ll have to courier us the product back so that it reaches us within 15 days from the date of your receipt of the product.
** Please update us as soon as possible so that we can initiate your returns process as soon as possible.
** However, to create a win-win situation for both the parties, we accept products that are in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
** Please note that this return policy doesn’t apply to accessories and undergarments.
** During special offers the 15 days return policy may get reduced to a week only, so you are requested to kindly update about the return via phone or mail within 2 days of receipt of the product.
Cancellation Policy :
** While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made,
** you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.
** You are requested to update within 8 hrs of the booking. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
** If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you get a fitzstudio.co voucher.
** If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.
** Refunds in fitzstudio.co voucher for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
