Shipping Policy :
** We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1500. On orders up to Rs. 1500, we have a nominal charge of Rs. 100 .
** We usually ship the order within 2 – 3 business days of receiving it.
** You can expect your order to reach you within 7 – 10 days, usually earlier, of placing the order online.
** You will receive an email confirmation once you place the order and we will keep you informed of the status of your order.
** We have partnered with some of the leading logistics services providers in India like Fedex and Delhivery to provide efficient service to our customers.
** We ship to most places in India. However, in the unlikely event that we cannot service your area, we will get in touch with you.
** We do not ship outside India as yet. But if you are outside India and would like to order from us, please get in touch via email at hello AT greenkins.com and we will work it out with you.
** Please make sure to submit accurate and complete shipping address at the checkout page.
** We will not be responsible for any shipments that cannot be delivered due to inaccuracies in the shipping address.

** Should you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, please call us at +91 9999665018 within 1 day of placing the order.
** We can cancel an order that has not been shipped but it would be difficult to do this once it has been shipped.
** We want you to be happy with your purchase. And we are quite sure you will be! But just in case you are not and would like to return or exchange the goods, we have an easy and transparent return policy.
** We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of delivering your order to you.
** Please do make sure that the goods are unused, unwashed/ unlaundered and in resalable condition with original packaging, tags and labelling intact accompanied by the original invoice. We would be unable to replace or refund used or damaged goods.

** Please mention your full address, phone number and email id on the package.
** Once we receive the goods, we will process the refund or exchange in the mode that the payment was made in.
** If you had paid through our Cash on Delivery option, we will issue a cheque to you.
** We aim to process the refund/ exchange within 7 business days.
** We would not be able to bear the cost of shipping the return to us.
** We would also not be able to refund any amount that may have been donated as a part of our “making a difference” programme.
** We will, however, refund the full amount (after deducting the donation, if any) to you including the cost of shipping the goods to you.
** We really do want you to be happy with your purchase.
