Shipping Charges :
** An extra shipping charge of 100/- is levied on an order below 500/-.
** For all orders above 500/- shipping is free of cost. COD facility is available only for orders above 500/-.
** An additional charge of 100/- will be levied on every COD order.
** This facility is available in selected cities only.
** The shipping charges levied on your shopping bag is clearly mentioned at the time of check-out.
** The shipping charges are non-refundable at the time of return/exchange/cancellation of the order.
** The Shipping Policy is subject to change anytime, without prior information.
** You are therefore recommended to review the policies from time to time.
** However, the terms and points of the policy applicable, will be the ones that were there at the time you placed the order.

Estimated Delivery Time :
** As soon as the order is placed and confirmed, our team gets on their toes to pack and dispatch them at the earliest.

Return And Cancellations :
Exchange For The Order :
** In case you are not happy with the quality of the product, you can exchange the product if it qualifies under the exchange policy.
** We follow a 7-day-return policy which is not applicable on Accessories, Tutu Dresses, Coats, Exclusive Collection, Cardigans, Shoes And Products On Sale (Special Price Products).
** You must preserve the original bill for return purpose.
** However, this is applicable only if the product is not used and is in its original package.
** If we feel that the product is used and disturbed from its original packaging, we may not accept it.

** We will fill in the details to you about the address at which the package is to be sent back.
** You will have to send it back to us at your own expense.
** Any customer that avails of the exchange policy cannot avail another exchange or return on the same billing.

Cancelling The Order :
** You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our outlet.

Exchange Method :
** You may exchange your dress once within 7 days towards the purchase of other dress.
** No Refunds Will Be Issued.
** In case you qualify for an exchange, your money will be added to your BabyCouture account in the form of credit points which can be used when you place your next order with us.

Note :
** The credit point will be valid for only 45 days and if you fail to buy anything with in 45 days, your credit will get expired.
** It may take 8-10 working days after we receive the product for the BabyCouture credit points to be credited to your account of the exchange amount.
