  1. If I disconnect now how much will I be charged for reactivation? I have doubts in services. Please guide me.

  2. On Friday 17-02-2017 I gave complaint about my cable that it is not giving any signals I got complaint Number 17022017W092848. On 18-02-2017 I got SMS that Your complaint has been resolved. However no technical person had visited my house to attend my complaint. When I called up again they said person will attend my call by 9:00pm given new complaint, reference number is 2002201W12460 But he did not turn up till today. I again called up and again I received the same reply that technical person will come today. My card Number is 000020969861. Please do the needful immediately.

  7. We suffered with pathetic service by the agent. We were unable to pay 2 months rental for cable TV. So he came home and was threatening me. Just for Rs 700 he was making a scene in the area. As everyone knows due to “demonetization” nobody has the cash for the same. The language he was using was very unusual and unprofessional. Hathway you will loose your customers only and only because of such agents. Your Agent from Lower Parel west is the worst.

  11. Worst service provider as they are not attending the complaint.They only collect advance prepaid amount and not compensating the non working of the services for the day during June to Aug. Please refund the same or stop your business.

  13. Hathway is worst and third class wi fi network provider. Never go with Hathway. No positive response from customer care and service provider. It’s very poor and cheapest connection.

  14. I had logged a complaint on 5th of August and the person did come to my place on 9th but the Internet only worked for a day and till today it’s out of order. I did logged a complaint again and again but no response. My fresh complaint no is 17527326 and my account number is 210717 Now a days Hathway is giving customers a worst service. I’m your genuine customer since 2008.

    The service is very bad am calling from 5th august that cable is not working but none of technician are coming and visiting and they are not picking toll free number call also. I have heard that Hathway is one of the best company but it is one of the worst company I have ever seen.

  16. Complaint no 1585091 lodged over phone on 02.08.2016
    When promised to send technician to check/replace the non functioning DGcom set before 12 noon today i.e.03.08.2016. Nobody has turned up. When I dialed 022 61693100 I was directed by that call attendee that I should call up 66623333 which no soul is picking up. Hathway’s concern for customer is limited to booking/sale and least bothered about entertaining any sort of complaint.

  21. What the hell is it from past Saturday I.e from 11th June 2016 cable is off. I called to cc they said they will send the executive on Monday but till date there is no sign of that. Pathetic service from hatway never recommend to any one. Now will switch to dish rather then hatway. This comment will help others not to opt this over rated failure cable operator.

  22. For last two days I have been getting NO SIGNAL on the Tv screen. I am desperately trying to get my service provider but no luck. Today morning I lodged a complain on Telephone no. 61693100 & I was told as we will correct it as soon as possible. During three times I called the same tele. No. & got the same reply. I am at loss to understand as to what kind of customer care your organization is providing. I have been deprived of watching 2 days of IPL. How are you going to compensate me?

  23. I am Pinakin Mehta, as on today I started my TV only. The message comes that you are not subscribed to this channel. Contact cable operator or pathway office (4). As I tried to call operator Sri Saainath Cable and Internet Services, every half an hour on 022-28418777, 28418999 and 932317585 but surprisingly nobody lifting the phone. At 6.50 pm I contacted Mr. Sunil on Hathway customer care. He also could not give proper answer for not lifting of phone by cable operator. My set box card number is 0000 58888413 and complaint number is 09052016w11992. As there is nothing wrong with our TV as I can see channel No 116 to 123.

  24. Hathway Digital cable TV connection under account number 000-2328-5521 not working for last 15 days. We have given complaint on 18th April 2016 and your executive promise that problem will solve EOD of 18th April 2016 but problem has not been solved. We have given complaint on 19th April 2016 with request no 19042016W0391-1 and confirm that problem will solve today EOD i.e. 19th April 2016 but problem has not been solved. Again we have given complaint on 21st April 2016 by Request No ” 21042016W0340-1 and Promise that today EOD i.e. 21st April 2016 your problem will solved. Every day we are in followup with Hathway but no response from your support team.

    On 22nd April 2016 we received SMS from IM-HATHWY that ” Your request for Technical with a service Request ID-19042016W0391-1 has been resolved as per our record” Where as complaint has not been solved. Again on 24th April we received SMS from VM-HATHWAY that ” Your request for Technical with a service Request ID-21042016W0391-1 has been resolved as per our record” Where as complaint has not been solved.
