Which locations does Lakdi Ki Kathi deliver to?
We currently provide free delivery in Delhi and NCR, which includes, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. We will be launching our services in other major cities very soon and will keep your posted!
What is the estimated delivery time?
1. All Lakdi Ki Kathi products are made to order and the production processes commences once we receive an order from you. Once completed the product is shipped to you through reputed couriers
2. The estimated manufacturing and delivery time for all products is 10-15 days post order confirmation.
3. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.
How do I track my order?
We try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you within the promised timeline of 15 days post order confirmation. In the rare case when we foresee a delay in order delivery we will proactively call or mail you to inform of the same.

What should one check at the time of delivery?
You can rest assured that we check all items as per our high quality standards before shipping. However, we request you to check the following when the product is delivered to you:
1. External surfaces for breakages, chips, crack offs. Since we use high quality woods for production insect infestations are a remote possibility.
2. Finishes applied to the surfaces of the product.
3. Channel movements for drawers and cabinets.
4. For products to be installed on walls please check the wall installation kit provided on the product. The installation will need to be done by you.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
1. At the time of delivery – For any manufacturing defects or damages during transit you can return the product at the time of delivery and we will provide you an easy replacement.
2. Upto 3 days post delivery – Please click pictures and mail us AT care AT lakdikikathi.com along with the order number. Our quality assurance team will then assess each case and provide a replacement or send our team to fix the defect at your location as per your convenience.
Please note that only manufacturing defects will be honored as part of this policy basis our team’s evaluation of the evidence sent by you.
Returns Policy :
** You can rest assured that we check all items as per our high quality standards before shipping.
** However in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or for any damages during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product.
** Email us a few photographs with the order number and the item code to care AT lakdikikathi.com.
** We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours.
** We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or send our team to your location to repair any minor defects
