Shipping & Delivery :
What is the shipping cost?
** We do not levy any shipment charges on orders placed anywhere in India for value of orders above INR 999 but anything below 999 value
** INR 99 will be charged as delivery charges . This is less than what we pay to the Courier Companies.

Where do we ship?
** Currently we ship in India. But, we are sure to cover other countries soon.

In how much time I am expected to receive my order delivered?
** Depending upon your location within India, it takes maximum 3 – 10 days for your order to get delivered.
** We process your order within 24 hours of confirmation of your order.

Which method of delivery will be used for shipment?
** Kushies.in relies upon top-performing courier companies for shipment of products in India.
** As per your location and reach, we also hire other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.

Where can I see the Status of my order or Track my order?
** Log in into your account to view all details of your orders and tracking.

What are the meanings of the following Status messages?
** Authorized- This means your order has been authorized and the dispatch process has begun.
** Dispatched – It implies that your order has been picked up by the Courier Company from our storehouse and is en route to your home.
** Delivered – It refers to the delivery of your packet to your or somebody in your family’s hands.
** Cancelled –It is reflected upon the cancellation of the order done by you.
** Replacement – It shows that your order is in the process in replacement.

Returns, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy :
** At kushies.in customers enjoy a 30 days return policy, effective from the date of delivery.
** However, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, once they have been delivered.

In case you wish to return the product, please follow the steps mentioned below :
** Call kushies.in customer support at 0124-4109444 or send an e-mail to support AT kushies.in to communicate about the product/products you wish to return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
** On receipt of a return request, our customer service executive will guide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and initiate a pick up through our courier partner.
** Please pack the item in its original box and mention the RMA number distinctly on the package.

Kindly hand over the package to our courier personnel with the recipient address as mentioned below.

For Returns / Exchange Department :
** Please make sure that the products are unused and all labels/barcodes and packaging are intact.
** Customers can also track product returns with the help of the Air Way Bill (AWB) shipment number mentioned on the return receipt issued by our courier personnel.

Return Eligibility Criteria :
Following products will not qualify for the 30 day return policy :
** Item/Merchandise that displays a icon, implies that the product is not eligible for return.
** Items/Merchandise not sent in its original box, without the original packaging, manuals and all items sent with the product at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a return.
** Items/Merchandise kept with the customer for more than 30 working days will not be eligible for a return.
** Items/Merchandise sent back in a damaged box will not be eligible for a return
** Items/Merchandise with unreadable, omitted and altered serial number will not be eligible for return.
