Cancellation Policy

** You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
** Your entire order amount will be refunded.
** In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online.

** Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
** Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

In order to cancel an item in your order:
** Log into your Wellness Forever account on wellnessforever.in and go to the ‘My Orders’ page
** Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘View Details’ link.
** In the detailed order page, you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in that order.
** Click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation.
** Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
** Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund.
** You will be notified of the same by email.
** If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner.
** Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
** However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
** Please get in touch with the banks or us directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/ refund.

  1. A very bad experienced at Wellness Forever pharmacy outlet which is located at Shop No. 10,11, 14 & 15 Gurudatta Apts, M.G. Road, Panaji Market Opposite Alfran Plaza, Panaji, Goa 403001. I purchased the medicines amounting to Rs.446.86 on 31st May 2021. I used the online Payment via PAYTM service. Also amount got deducted from my bank balance and I received message from PAYTM too. Staff told me that payment is failed and need to process once. So I tried for second time. The print was not obtained. I showed the deducted statement for second time but he did not agree. He replied that the amount will be refunded within 72 hours. Then I requested to change the swipe machine and finally bill was paid.
    I visited the store after a couple of days to enquire about money (446.86*2= 893.72) and as per staff request I submitted the bank passbook copy to revert the amount. I kept on follow up with Store Manager and every time they were ready with some excuses or with phone number of some head office staff. I personally visited the store twice.
    My request to all customers who visits Wellness Forever, to be aware of such blunder as till date i.e. 16/06/2021 @11.55 hrs the amount is not refunded. The company enjoying a interest on my amount and this may be one of the reason for making crores of turnovers in a year.

  2. They can’t delivery after 1 hour also in 500 met area distance.

  3. Wellness forever calangute outlet refused to deliver medicines because the prescription was outdated.the date mentioned on the prescription is 3rd september 2020. When my husband spoke to the person there n told her that the same medicines were delivered 3 weeks back on same prescription and even told her that these are pregnancy medicines and the doctor advised me to continue till the end of pregnancy due to high bp, but still she refused to deliver. Shame on you guys.

  4. We have been regular customers of Wellness Forever for years. The Thakur Village franchise of Wellness Forever takes an order on phone at 11 pm to deliver. At 12 am, we follow up and they now refuse to deliver an urgent medication. They blatantly advice me to complain rather than find a solution. This unprofessional attitude comes from a lax management and a low moral brand. I can forecast that with such an attitude, this pharmacy chain will die a corporate death soon.

  5. Very bad service in Kolhapur, Rajarampuri 7th lane, associate did not response properly. Please guide to all member how to attend customer, when ever we visit to purchase utility product we found that your associate do all time pass on name of service.

  6. I have ordered two parachute advanced ayurvedic gold oil. But still the items are not reached and there is no reply from wellness forever’s end. I have already paid Rs. 489/- (195/x 2) 390/- + 99/- delivery charges. Please kindly refund the amount or issue the items as early as possible.

  9. I would like to tell you that I had one of the worst experiences with wellness forever. Never expected people in such a big brand to not even have a proper way to speak to their customers. I recently wanted to buy a product from you and didn’t have a change of Rs.500. It is night time so I expect that such a big shop would have change. I further go on to buy the product that is electrol powder. My mom is a low BP patient so it is important to keep her safe that way.

    I go on asking them if they have the product they bring two. I then changed my mind and asked them to only give me one of the packet. All this while keep in mind that I had informed them that i didn’t have change. And he still proceeded to give the product. As soon I told them that I only wanted one of the packets. He starts by saying that he doesn’t have the change. Is it only because the value of money has reduced and it would matter it you didn’t sell it?

    I said I needed it and I didn’t have any other money in my pocket. He started to behave rudely and kept the packet inside, Ignored me and went to other customer. Then I look at another person buying something giving him 500 and that customer gets the change. Is it only because I am buying a product that costs low. So it wouldn’t matter to you?

    It is a medical store your focus should be on providing the customer. What if all this while my mom would have been in serious condition and couldn’t have received the medicine. After this, The person Avinash kadam tell me to get out of the store and speaks very rudely. And that they do not provide any change “Hum yahape change baatne nahi baithe hai”. These are his words.

    I wasn’t there to ask for the change I was there to buy the product this felt really bad he was shouting at me like that.
    Do you not even care about talking kindly to the customers? I felt like I was a beggar standing there asking for my product to be given to me. I had the money, You had the product. And you even had the change. How do I know this? Because he said it. He tells me that ” hum aapko sab change denge toh fir baki customers ko kya denge?” Yaa but I was there first right? Is it not my privilege to get the product first? Only in an emergency situation will I not have a change right?
    I felt really bad about it, my mom was there waiting for me to have bought the medicine.

    I was happy when wellness first came into my area And this experience has made it the worst. I have always been the most loyal customer from you pharmacy. This incident happened today in a Thane branch. The two people who talked rudely were Avinash kadam and Shailesh gamre. Others are all nice. But these people made me feel like a total idiot and ignored me and then continued to shout at me before everyone. It was really bad.

    I genuinely didn’t have the change and get such an experience. I would like you to take some action about this. Take some action against them Or at least teach them how to behave? This was not an acceptable behavior. Really sad about this.
    If you do not take any action I will make sure that I would do something to make this incident reach as many people as possible.
