Q. Where all do you deliver?
Currently we serve only in Dwarka, New Delhi.

Q. What is the time of delivery?
We deliver 7 days a week.
From 9:30 am – 6:30 pm in Delhi

Normal Delivery:
In Dwarka, place your order before 12:01 pm and get your order delivered on the same day in one of the below mentioned times slots.
9:30 pm – 2:00 pm
2:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Express Delivery: Available in Dwarka chargeable at Rs. 40 per delivery.

Q. What are the delivery charges?
We provide free home delivery on all orders (minimum order of Rs. 130) for normal delivery. Express delivery orders are chargeable at Rs. 40 per delivery.

Q. What are the other hidden costs(sales taxes etc)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges (with the exception of the express delivery charge). The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

Q. What happens if you are late?
We have a 98% on time record. However, if we are going to be slightly late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our Customer Service team will be in touch to inform you of the same.

Q. What happens if I’m not at home when you deliver?
Your order will be delivered as per the slot you selected. If you are not at home or unavailable when we reach, we will schedule a re-delivery for you. However, a fee of Rs. 35 will be appended to your bill.

Q. Can I change my delivery date and slot?
