Standard Shipping Policy :
** As a Standard Shipping Policy all orders received on a week day are processed and dispatched on the same day from our FDA registered process center in India.
** The orders usually reach the destination address anywhere in the United States within 5-6 business days.
** Overnight shipping is currently not available and all orders are queued with a high priority status.

Refund Policy :
** We take utmost care to satisfy each of our customers needs, but in case if the customer is dissatisfied or requests for a refund due to any reason.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard Shipping for all orders above ?300 is free. For orders below Rs.300, a shipping charge of flat Rs.50/- is applicable. We also have the Express Shipping option, please check your shopping basket for the charges because they are automatically calculated.

Q. How long does it take for the products to get delivered?
Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days, Express Shipping 3-4 business days.

Q. How do we use homeopathic medicines?
In Acute condition take 3 doses every 5-15 minutes depending on severity, then hourly for 2-3 more doses if needed. Once symptoms show improvement, stop dosing and let the body respond to the medication. In less Acute conditions medicine can be taken as needed but should be stop with improvement.

Q. Do you see only homeopathic drug products?
Yes, at present we sell only homeopathic drug products.
