I am 80yrs old, having a problem of Irregular Bowl Clearance, since last 15/20 years. I have tried many medicines but SUKHASARAK VATI proved good initially. I use to take 1 tab, daily night and effects were good. Even the dose was reduced to 1/2 tab per day. Of late the again the problem is increased and even 1 tab per day is not effective. The stomach bloats, giving uneasiness, hard stools. I am sound in Health, regular in a 1 hr walk per day, also attending YOGA classes at Iyengar Yoga Institute n at home.( under guidance of Mrs, who is a Guide).
