Cancellations & Refund Policy :
** Any trip can be cancelled before 24 hours of travel and will be free of any cancellation charges.
** If the cancellation is done within 24 hours then; for a multiday trip, the charges for the first day will be withheld and the remaining refunded; for a single day trip no refund will be issued.
** In case of an airport transfer no cancellation charges will be charged if it is cancelled 2 hours prior of pickup.

Payment :
Do you ensure the privacy of the online payments?
** Yes. We protect the information about our users in servers that are protected by the latest technology.
** The payment information that is sent is also encrypted by the banks and you can rest assured that the information about credit/debit cards is safe.

Billing details :
Airport/ Railway station transfer:
** You will be picked up from the airport/railway station and taken to a place within the pickup city or from a location in the city to the airport/railway station as your request may be.
** Airport/railway station transfers within the city limits will be charges flat charges.

Local (Within City Limits) Trips :
** For trips within the city you can either choose the half day 4hrs/40kms or full day which is 8hrs/80 kms.
** Extra distance or time will be billed accordingly and a driver allowance will be charged if the car is required after 10 pm.

Outstation (City to City) Trips :
** For inter-city trips you will be charged for the driver allowance per day as well.
** In addition to this there is a minimum number of Kilometres which will be chargeable per day and extra distance will be charged accordingly.
** The main difference between intra-city and inter-city trips is that for inter city trips the car will be available for the whole day and the billing will only be for the number of kilometres that the car has travelled.

How do you send the itinerary confirmation?
** As soon as you pay for the trip in advance you will receive a SMS to your registered mobile number as well as your email address.
** You can refer to this at any point of your travel.
