My Ex wife is living in London since 2010 and running the false case of maintenance through her father as GPA. However she is earning extremely well in London after completing her studies from London itself. I requested the court to issues summons to British embassy at New Delhi to bring her visa record issued and maintained by British immigration which is not provided by them so far. Kindly let me know whether her Visa details can be provided in court by Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs or not if court summons them. kindly also let me know if Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs can provide the same then which would be right department to request for the same.
I am looking for a overseas job and registered in some sites. Many emails are coming and contacting me through phone to submit my original documents and international passport to stamp visa at a cost of Rs.49000 and asking me to deposit into their bank account. But all these emails and calls are fake as far as me. Without any interview keeping our personal information how can they ask money for stamping visa. Why government can’t identify them through cyber crime and save Indians?

Please reduce recruitment license formalities and reduce existing bank guarantee system for obtaining overseas recruitment license. Existing system will destroy the entire field and monopoly of some agents are going on. Exploitation of job seekers ,cheating cases are increasing ,fake advertisements using hi tech methods,notice advertisement with phone numbers are available every in cities and villages. To prevent all these problems in this field bring all agents in one roof with license system and save job seekers. They must avoid huge bank guarantee RS.50 Lakhs. Avoid agents discrimination on the basis of bank guarantee (money power) allow them do the business with their long term experience based ,good will and reputation. Now the reforms are like Tuglak reforms.
Is there any policy change for reduce bank guarantee for recruitment license. (RS 50lakhs present) eagerly awaiting reply from the concerned ministry/department and would request to reduce or waive bank guarantee for those who experienced more than 20/25years experience in this field and please don’t consider produce huge Bank guarantee for license a genuine method. This will lead and monopoly of majo RAs in this field prevent others existence and lead corruption in this field. Request allow license with their proven experience, owned office. Otherwise grade them like contact license or hotel license like A,B,C with nominal fees and deposit as per their one way ticket charge. Please consider my request.

Myself along with 5 other Kerala guys, had approached a Recruiting Agency My Future Capital in Mumbai Trade centre for various positions, paid 1 lac advance after Medicals. Now they had issued us a screenshot of Australian visa without Visa Grant Number, and claiming the balance amount. Our passports are with them. Seems they had shifted office too. Kindly advice how to lodge a complaint to retrieve our passport and the amount.

My salary is in agreement 100 Kuwaitdinar but he give 80kd only and my agreement have monthly 4 Fridays holiday but he give monthly one Friday only half day and my profession is driver but he will tell all house work and Diwania.
