We had placed an order for 1 x black forest cake 500 gm ; 1 rich truffle choclate pastery , 1 walnut brownie amounting to Rs. 755.16 ( through zomato) from your panch pakhadi outlet thane west. Instead we were delivered a black forest pastery and 1 rich truffle choclate pastery , 1 walnut brownie, when realised of the wrong delivery we called on the outlet the representative Swati, at first denied then asked us to cancel the order, then asked us the questions like ” aisa kita bada order hai?” Kitne ka hai? Itnese paise ke liye kyon…? hamari policy nahi hai, aap hi zonmato ke delivery boy ko boliye …. etc.. We are senior citizens with BP and physical disability and hope we deserve a respect.May be Swati might be rich enough yet she cannot and should not ask such questions or comment & ask for our worth thus belittling & demeaning us. The approach was not at all towards resolution but insulting and objectionable as the issue was of wrong delivery which we expected to be corrected by a simple act of sending the right one than a insulting & rude talk for 2 long hours thus spoiling our pleasure and celebrations of the day. We are your regular customer (please check your records) & are happy with the products from your upvan = thane outlet. We hope we deserve a better service and a professional approach from a reputed brand like yours than a representative asking for and commenting on our worth and money. which was more hurting and hence spoiling the pleasure of the cake celebrations. After a long talk we received a call for replacing the pastery with the cake as ordered to which we acceded to; for which we had to share our residential address to your representative on whats app. We have blocked the number on whats app. THE IMPORTANT PART WAS SWATI WAS RUDE AND INSENSITIVE TO THE ISSUE THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNICATION. We expect an action be taken against Swati with a confirmation to us. Please do not call us or ask us to visit any of your outlets / offices as for us we have closed the matter. BUT LET NOT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE BE CASUAL AND COMMENT / QUESTION ON WORTH OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. AS THE COMMUNICATION GAVE AN IMPRESSION THAT YOU ARE CATEGORISING THE CUSTOMERS BASED ON THE VALUE OF THEIR ORDERS WHICH WE FEEL IS A WRONG APPROACH.
I placed an order for online cakes and for some reason, the delivery address is not correctly mentioned in the email order invoice sent to me. I have emailed the contacts several times for correcting the delivery address as the Billing address is mentioned in place of delivery address. Called their Instant Help numbers, no response. No email response. Their chat online also sucks, nobody to respond. Such a pathetic service. Mumbaikars, please do not order or purchase from Ribbons and Balloons. Such unprofessional folks who loot the public.
Unprofessionalism by the staff and poor know how on the products.The owner of Ribbons and Balloons need to check into these complaints as these are repetitive complaints coming from so many customers and no action taken so far!
They took away the distributorship within a month by saying that you have not done the sales well. Don’t you know that it takes time for something to settle. Or you don’t know how to do the business. First learn how to do the business how long does it take to settle down and then start your business.
Very bad behaviour of one counter staff at Sakinaka branch. Who have no value of customer showing very wrong attitude.very disappointed by brand who have good reputation in cake shop. Needs to get some necessary action on such person to improve good relationship with customer others wise it’s going to affect reputation as well as sales.
Bad customer service at New Panvel ribbons and balloons opposite to Panvel railway station. Please keep a decent person to serve customers, arguments started instead of mistake done by him and scolding us again, and said take your cake and write whatever you want. Sorry will never purchase any cake from your service.
