Delivery Policy

** Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Winni’s shipment.
** Thereafter Winni will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.
** Winni will self-deliver orders on date chosen by order placer.
** There will be no guarantee on time of delivery though we will try our level best to deliver on the exact time as requested by user/customer of Site.
** For day time delivery, delivery time ranges from 10 AM to 8 PM
** For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM

** No refund will be made in case orders fails to be delivered within provided time window.
** Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time.
** If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled.
** No refund will be made in such case.
** For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 24 hours before delivery time.

Cancellation Policy

** Winni believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:
** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
** However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
** There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
** No cancellations are entertained for those products that the (Winni) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc.
** These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

** Winni does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.
** In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
** The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
** In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Refund Policy

** When you buy products from Winni, your purchase is covered by 7 day money back guarantee only in case of manufacturing defect.
** This refund policy is applicable only on non-perishable items.
** In case you come across a manufacturing defect and to request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of your purchase.

** Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us about your problem for refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
** Refunds are being processed within 30 days period.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
** We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and many other countries.

Credit cards :
** We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
** To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card).
** After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards :
** We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
** To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards).
** You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

  4. Don’t buy anything from here….. Service is not at all good… U will surely regret…They will cheat u…on time they will ask u for more money.. It happens with every costumer..check rewievs u will get to know..

  5. Fake people. Horrible service from 3 days tired of calling. Till now no delivery happened. Loss of money.

  6. My order ID is 90212458358. I made the order on 12th February. Delivery date is Yesterday. I have tried to contact you through your helpline numbers but they are continuously busy. Chat service is also pathetic. No satisfactory response. I think I made a big mistake choosing you this time. I urge people to stay away from Winni. They are doing all non-sense and have no customer service. Pathetic service. I will not be surprised if you remove this comment, as you have cheated me for 969 INR. I am planning you to drag you to the court and get justice of my time and money. I hope there must be many more customers.

  7. I am not satisfied with your service. It is very bad. I have booked cake on 14th but still it is not reached to me.

  8. Fake site. I am not satisfied with the services. I was trying to reach them since 2 or 3 times but the service is continuously busy. There is no alternative numbers & cancellation policy.

    1. Fake people. They are also cheated me. My order is also not delivered yet.

    2. Winni is a fake service developed by Dhawala online services.they are looting people money not providing services.i ordered a cake and there is no contact info or proper customer care service.Planning to go to consumer court.pls don’t use this website any more.You will be cheated like me.
