Ordering Policy :
** Order through birdys.co.in will be confirmed by an automated email and SMS on the registered email id and Handheld.
** Every possible effort will be made to execute orders as pictured in this Website;
** however, from time to time the product pictured may not be available and / or may be ameliorated.
** We reserve the right to substitute or change any garnish or shape for making look and feel more attractive and eye appealing without compromising the quality and taste.

** To be able to complete your order, we will need all fields at Checkout completed,including enclosure card information and the current cellular / phone number of recipient.
** While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Residence
** Hotel – Full address of the hotel. Room No. Telephone number of the hotel.
** Residence – Home address with phone number. Proper landmark
** Once an order is completed, no changes or cancellations can be made after 30 minutes from the time of order.
** Kindly be aware that the weights indicated are approximate and might vary as all products are specially handcrafted.
** There is no perfect online ordering system and the amendments for ameliorations will be made from time to time.

Delivery Policy :
** All deliveries will be shipped between 1200 hours to 2100 hours.
** Every effort will be made for same day delivery provided the orders are placed by 18:00 hrs.
** In case of counter products ( Not in Bulk number – more than 3 cakes and more than 10 for other counter products ) subject to availability of the same.
** The orders placed after 1800 hrs will be delivered next day subject to availability of products and the confirmation to that effect will be given next day start of 1000 hrs.
** All deliveries will be subject to clearing of payment gateway.
** The delivery is subject to a minimum value of Rs.320.
** Cash On Delivery (COD) will be accepted for minimum of Rs. 320 and up to an amount of Rs. 400.
** However, online purchase for an amount up to Rs. 319 will be only on pick-up mode.

** Bulk orders of counter products and specialised / customised cake orders except tier / castle cakes will be executed next day between 1200 hours to 2100 hours provided the order is placed before 1800 hours.

** Customer may call on 022 28585555 between 1000 hours and 1800 hours OR respective outlet number between 0900 hours and 2200 hours in case of bulk orders to be processed urgently and Birdy’s will make all out efforts to accomplish it.

** Please be aware that the Birdy’s will do everything they can, to meet the delivery time you specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond their control like Mumbai traffic issues and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

** We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
** If you are calling to check on an order, please call 022 28585555.
** Please verify the time required for each product before ordering.
** If you have ordered without giving us a sufficient notice as per the indicated time in the product page, we would be unable to deliver the product.
** So please ensure that you read the terms and conditions against each product before ordering.
** We will never leave a delivery on a porch, in the garage, etc… Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
** Completion of all orders are subject to availability of food in shop and then at commissary.

Refund Policy :
** In the rare event that Birdy’s, not able to fulfill your order, you will receive an automated email from us within 30 minutes from placing the order, labeled “Order failed”.
** For the orders placed after specified time i.e. 1800 hrs and if are denied, then the mail for the same will be sent next day.
** In this case, any online payment will immediately be processed for refund to the same banker.

** It may kindly be noted that we produce and supply food products which are made to order and are perishable having specific shelf life, hence no request of refund will be accepted, except in case of product delivered in defaced manner.

** We will not be liable to pay any refunds for wrong address, recipient unavailable and other causes beyond the control of us.

** All the timings mentioned are in IST. We reserve the rights to change and amend the policies as it deem fit at any time without any notice.
