Shipping & Delivery Policy :
Normal Delivery :
** All Order are delivered between 10 am till 7 pm in normal delivery time

Morning Delivery :
** If customer requires the items to be delivered in morning then customer has to select the morning delivery before checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between10 Am till 1 Pm.
** We request customer to place such orders atleast a day in advance before selecting the morning delivery.
** This service may not be available for address out of city limits or small B,C tier cities.

Afternoon Delivery :
** If customer requires the items to be delivered in Afternoon then customer has to select the Afternoon delivery before checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 1 Pm till 4 Pm.
** This service may not be available for address out of city limits or small B,C tier cities.

Evening Delivery :
** If customer requires the items to be delivered in evening then customer has to select the Evening delivery before checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 4 Pm till 7 Pm.
** This service may not be available for address out of city limits or small B,C tier cities.

Night Delivery :
** If customer requires the items to be delivered in Night then customer has to select the Night delivery before checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 9 Pm till 11:30 Pm.
** We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the Night delivery.
** This service may not be available for address out of city limits or small B,C tier cities.
** Same day Night Order should be placed before 5 PM, orders not delivered due to any reasons will be delivered next day.

Deliveries on Sundays / Public Holidays :
** Most of the orders can be delivered on Sundays & Public Holidays, But we request you to place such orders atleast a day in advance.
** However, there could be exceptions as per locations and local business schedules , Such orders will be delivered on next working day.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
How do I cancel an order on CakesYes.com ?
** If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. (Same day Orders can not be cancelled once placed)

For outright cancellations by you :
** If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped :
** If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy :
** Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy :
** There is no return policy when order once received by the customer,guardian,security guard,reception cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.

** If you think, One has received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
