Refunds :
** In case of Physical damage to Product (occurred during delivery phase) either we will replace the product or will refund the amount as per the Bank norms and policies which will take around 5-10 working days.

Cancellation of Orders :
** You can cancel your order within 5 hours (of order made by you).
** Contact us as soon as possible on our Help lines knows about the cancellation of orders otherwise we are not liable to make any kind of refunds.

Points to remember :
1. The product should be unused.
2. Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice.
3. Refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s).
4. We will refund the money the way payment was made.

Item received in damaged condition or manufacturing defect or wrong item :
** If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product.
** It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself.

** When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.
** If you want a replacement then we will replace the item at the earliest possible with no extra delivering cost to you.
** If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express delivery the same to you with no extra delivering cost to you.

Please note :
** At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods plus the delivering cost incurred for returning the product.

The Bakery opened its first branch on 3/3 Hasimpur Road, Balson Crossing and has since opened two branches in Allahabad. Mr. Vijay Athwani and Mr. Rajesh Athwani, the Bakery founders and Directors, developed the concept for Paradise Bakery in response to what they saw as a lack of any places in Allahabad to enjoy the taste of the truly authentic patisserie items.
