** All Order is delivered between 11 am – 9.30 pm on days.

1st session Delivery :
** If customer requires the orders to be delivered in morning then customer has to select the 1st session delivery in Checkout, the order will be delivered anytime between 8.00 am till 2.00 pm.
** We request customer to take prior email confirmation before selecting the 1st session and 2nd session delivery.

2nd session Delivery :
** If customer requires the orders to be delivered in evening then customer has to select the 2nd delivery in checkout, the order will be delivered anytime between 2.00pm – 9.30pm.
** We request customer to take prior confirmation in email before selecting the 2nd session delivery.
** This service may not be available for address out of our delivery limits.
** Exact Delivery timings are not guaranteed and will be delivered in respected time slot betweens as selected by customer.

Cancellation Policy :
** Please email to info AT cakepark.net for cancellation request or contact our customer support number.
** Our admin team will review the cancellation request and act accordingly.
** Cancellation Rights are reserved with Cake Park.

** Any Cancellation request must be made before 24 Hrs to the Delivery Date by written email and Call on our customer care + 91 9444915533, Cake Park do not hold any responsibility of any emotional or any other loss happened due to non delivery of order for whatsoever reason,

** In case of non delivery we will be entitled only to refund order amount as deemed.
** In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it at least 24 hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment.
** However in all such cases 20% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.
