Shipping Information :
** The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s).

** However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.

** We offer Free Shipping for all our products except for the order with a cart value of less than Rupees Twenty Thousand (Rs 20,000) which will be subject to shipping charge of Rupees Fifty(Rs 50) for orders with cart value of less than Rupees Five Thousand(Rs 5,000) and Rupees Seventy Five (Rs 75) for orders with cart value ranging from Rupees Five Thousand (Rs 5,000) to Rupees Twenty thousand (Rs 20,000) or such other charge as may be stipulated.

** However, if there are Two (2) products in the cart for a single order, then there will be no shipping charges, Provided that the order is worth a minimum value of Rupees One Thousand (Rs 1,000/-) and neither of the products is a free gift. Octroi charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by the Company and not to be borne by Customer.

How will the delivery be done?
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like Blue dart, Aramex, DIESL etc.

Does croma.com deliver internationally?
Currently, croma.com doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.

Cancellation Policy :
** The order for purchase of the Products placed by the User using the Store Pick Up Service can be cancelled by the User at the Store on approval by the Store manager on the sole condition that the User makes a fresh purchase at the Store.

** Further, the amount paid by the User for the cancelled order will be refunded to the User after deduction of Two (2%) Percent cancellation fee

Return Policy :
** All Products purchased from the Website enjoy fifteen (15) days Return Policy’.

** Any Product, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the same to User by placing a “Cancel Order” request by logging a call with Companys Customer Care Centre by phone on 7207-666-000.

** Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company only if the Product supplied by the Company is damaged, defective or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.

** The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
