Shipping & Delivery

** Estimated shipping time which is shown on product detail page is the time taken for Vicky.in or one of its merchant partners to pick, pack and ship your order from the warehouse upon approval of payments In some cases like payment by cheque, card verification or demand draft, we process the order only upon confirmation of payment by our banks.

** Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in approval of payment of the customer as that is managed by the payment gateway and the bank.
** Total shipping time is the total time taken for your order to be delivered to you at your doorstep.
** For example a product on which it is mentioned that it “Ships in 3-5 business days” would ship within 3-5 days from the receipt of your order and confirmation of payments.
** This does not mean that it would get delivered to you at your doorstep within 3-5 days.

Shipping Charge :
** In the event that a complete order cannot be shipped, a partial shipment will be made at our discretion.
** Indication Must Be Made (Within 3 Hours) Once The Order Is Placed Through Mail To Store AT Vicky.In In The Event That A Partial Shipment Is Not Acceptable
** Residents of following states must provide below mentioned forms and courier them to the following address prior to processing of order

Uttar Pradesh: Form 32 needs to be provided by the customer for any purchases above Rs.1000
West Bengal: Form 42 needs to be provided by the customer for any purchases above Rs.1000

Delivery time for custom orders :
** Delivery time for custom orders including the specific colour preference is usually between 2-3 weeks.
** However it may get longer depending the availability of the custom product.
** Vicky.in will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
** However, the customers will be notified on the developement.

For International customers :
** The orders shipped internationally, are subject to customs clearance procedures, hence there may be delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Cancellation Policy

** You can cancel an order within 2 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 2 hours from the receipt of payment.
** If you would like to cancel an order after 2 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply.
** If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, courier the product to the address given below and inform us the same through Phone / Email.
** Customer has to ensure the safety of the product while returning.
** Within 2 days of receiving your shipment in good condition, we will arrange for a refund of your original order cost excluding the shipping costs and 10% processing charge and admin charge.
** Request you to ensure that the items not be taken out of the original package to avail the cancellation.

** If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 2 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.

** Should customers come across any issue such as incorrect product, they are advised to return the within 5 working days, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement or refund.
** Do note that the product has to reach us in perfect and unused condition.

  3. This is a fraud company. Previously when I placed an order for a toy car they rang me up to give me a different model. This time when I placed the order for another toy car, it has been more than a month and there is no response from their side. The phone number given never connects. No response to emails (or) their feedback form. I am planning to go to cyber crime cell against this cheat company.

  4. Same what happened to me, I ordered on October 23rd and till now I haven’t received yet. I think this is a Scam.

  7. I ordered two items from vicky.in and my order number is 52629. They are not sending my order and I have made the payment in advance. Why isn’t the cyber crime cell doing anything against these fraudsters?

  8. I have placed an order #52476 on 18th August, 2018 for a product and have paid ₹6160.04 that includes the shipping charges too. No response from support on numerous emails. The order status doesn’t change either. Either ship the product (or) refund the amount.

  9. Order number 52517 was placed on vicky.in on 23rd August 2018 for a toy costing Rs.858/-. Now despite number of email the order status is not being told, the helpline phone numbers are continuously switched off. I am not getting any response from vicky.in, whereas the payment has been credited to their account. Its fraud website. Please deliver item (or) get the refund processed.

  10. I request you please intimate the order status of Vicky.in order number 52517. I am not getting any response from you, whereas the payment has been credited. I shall be lodging a complaint with Economic offense wing of Cyber Crime division if no response is received withing 48 hours of receipt of this communication.

    1. I ordered on August 24th, and have sent numerous complaints about the time frame of when you order something and the complete non-action on your part to resolve this issue. It was taken out of my account in a VERY timely matter (same day) but STILL NOTHING! Does your company need to be reported before any action is taken? If I would have done my homework and read reviews, I would have NEVER wasted my time with this scam! Do your research, find my PREPAID order and send it or refund my money.

  11. My order number #52226, dated 17th July 2018. Wherein, I have ordered bike seat cover and helmet and made payment on the same day of Rs.1615/-. Till the date on completion of more than one month the product have not been received. I emailed numbers of time and request for cancellation of order but no response from the seller is received. Now I approach to customer court for cheating the common man.

  12. I ordered a product and I am unable to gather the details on it. When I tried logging in the website to check the status, it shows no more than just the order placed. I would liked to know where the product is right now and when will it be delivered. In this case, if I have to return the product when I get it in damaged state, whom should I contact (or) how should I do that. I am worried the whole process. Order Number is 52284.
