Shipping & Delivery :
** Orders Received Till 2 Pm Will Be Delivered On Same Day Unless Delivery Date Is Mentioned.
** Orders Received After 2 PM Will Be Delivered The Next Day.We Deliver On Sundays Also.
** Attempt To Deliver The Product Will Be Done Anytime Between 09:00 Am To 09:00 Pm.
** We will attempt delivery of the items once.
** In case the delivery is not executed during this attempt due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.

** Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
** No deliveries would be done on National Holidays.
** It would be done on the next working Day.
** The product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of serviceable cities.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
** In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows –
Cancellation Policy :
** Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
** Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy :
** We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
** In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of installation of the Project.
** The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.
** If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
