** Orders would be delivered between our working hours only i.e. 11am-9pm
** We deliver cakes only in Indore City (Madhya Pradesh) and address found outside Indore the order shall be considered executed/terminated at the moment, no refunds provided.
** Same day delivery only possible if order confirmed before 2pm

** All personal information would be kept secret and would not be disclosed to any third party.
** If the address or any of the contact/delivery details are found incorrect the order will be executed, and no refund shall be provided.
** Cake will be delivered on the date mentioned, but delivery time is just for reference.
** Actual delivery time may vary.

** Delivery will be considered executed (delivered) if receiver refuses to receive order, address found locked,
** address was found wrong or untraceable, or order received by servants, neighbors.
** Cake may differ slightly from as they appear.
** We make sure to satisfy you in best possible way. Color combination may differ.
** Incase of any natural or political reason for instance bandh, flood etc. delivery will be made to the next possible date.
** No complaints will be entertained after 2hours of delivery, we make and deliver fresh cakes hence they don’t have long shelf life.
