** Damaged delivery should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
** All items must be returned in their original condition ‘ unworn and unaltered.
** Items returned without the attached brand / Gitanjali security tag will be subject to a 15% revaluation fee.
** Damaged products will neither be exchanged nor bought back by the Company.
** Deductions made by the Company are towards levies, taxes, wear and tear, etc.
** Refund via Demand Draft would take 8-10 working days.
** The cost of courier and handling charges will be borne by the customer.
** Exchange/Upgrading facility not available for Eternity and Solitaire collections in the diamond category.
** Please keep the invoice and certificate and/or guarantee card with you if you want to exchange or return a product without which processing the same would not be possible for us.
** We will exchange any item for an item in the same category (eg. exchange a diamond for a diamond).
** Also, you need to pick up something of an equal or higher value.
** The policies are subject to change without prior notice.
** When any piece of diamond jewellery is received for Exchange/Refund, we will send it to Gitanjali’s factory for a quality check.
** A positive response from the brand and we will initiate the exchange/refund process by the same mode as that of the original transaction within 21 working days.
** You can exchange products only on our site gitanjalishop.com and not at the brand’s retail outlets.
** Any product can be exchanged only once.
** Schemes running at the time of initial purchase will not be valid at the time of exchange.
** Disputes (if any) will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
** The Policy of Conflict of Terms is applicable on all Exchanges and Buy-Backs.

** However, the buy-back policy will not be applicable for these categories.
** Please note that the exchange and buy-back policies will not be applicable for gold coins, items purchased using Gift Coupons, solitaires, personalized jewellery, spiritual artifacts, gift cards and products from Amore brand.
