** All the successful orders placed on Johareez.com will be shipped to the customer within 2-3 business days.
** Johareez.com & its Certified Merchants offer Free domestic shipping within Pan-India via FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC & Red Express.
** All COD orders are shipped via FedEx/Red Express. Please refer our COD FAQ’s page for more details on COD orders.
** If the above couriers do not offer service in your area, please expect the items to be delivered to you via the Government Registered Post.
** International shipments are shipped via FedEx, UPS and the Government Registered Post.
** We do not provide jewelry boxes and Certificate of Authenticity in international shipment.

Return Policy :
Please Note :
** Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
** Refund/replacement for goods are subject to inspection and checking by Johareez.com team.
** We do not refund if you change your mind however we can arrange a replacement or exchange.
** Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

** Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back.
** The return/money back amount will be as determined by our team at Johareez.com.
