Shipping :

By when do we deliver?
** We dispatch your product from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing the order.
** And, after that it takes around 2-7 business days to reach you depending on your location within India.
** In case of international shipping, it may take up to 15 days once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Return Policy :
** You can return any product you wish to return within 15 days of us delivering it.
** However, unfortunately we don’t have the reverse pickup facility so we would request you to ship it to our office address & we will reimburse the amount of the courier as well with the refund amount.

I have not received my order. What do I do?

** We are really sorry about not being able to deliver your order within the time frame committed.

I have received an incorrect article/order. What should I do?
** In the unlikely event that you receive a product/order you did not order, please accept the article/order and inform us about the article at customer.relations AT fabricsofindia.com.
** Used, damaged products or products with missing accessories (clips, tags, buttons, laces, trims, labels, etc.) will not be accepted.
** However, unfortunately we don’t have the reverse pickup facility so we would request you to ship it to our office address & we will reimburse the amount of the courier as well with the refund amount.

How can I track my order?
** Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order.
** These details along with the current status of your order, will also be available under your account on fabricsofindia.com

International Shipping :
** Fabrics of India provides free shipping in India and Flat $10 shipping worldwide.
** Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
** We also use PayPal to accept international payments.

Where All Do We Deliver?
** We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. However, at this time we do not service deliveries to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

** We use DHL and FedEx for international deliveries.

What are the shipping & delivery charges?
** We charge a FLAT fee of $10 to deliver anywhere in the world inclusive of all the shipping, taxes, VAT etc independent of the kg’s or quantities you buy.

How much time does it take to deliver?
** We ship within 24 hours from our warehouse.
** After that, it usually takes around 5-7 working days to get delivered anywhere in the world.

How can I pay for the products?
** We use PAYPAL to accept international payments.
** You can either pay from your PayPal account or through your credit cards using PayPal

Cancellation of Order :
** You cannot cancel/modify your order once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse.
** However, in some cases you may want to modify your placed order…you may want a different color or a customization to the product you purchased.

We can accommodate these requests provided :
** the order has not been shipped;
** the other variant of the product is available; and
** customization has not been completed already.
** Order modification is independent of the fact that you may have bought the product in a promotion.
