Minimum Order Price :
** MSHC has set minimum order value to Rs. 700/-. This means customers cannot place the order if the order total is below 700/-
Payment Method :
** MSHC accepts only online payment through credit card, debit card. We do not accept the Cash On Delivery right now.
Shipping Policy :
** MSHC provides free shipping for all E-Commerce orders across India.
** Following are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of products.
Dispatch :
** MSHC will dispatch products for orders received within 7 working days from the date of order.
** Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway/bank.
Delivery :
** We ship the products through reputed courier/cargo service providers.
** Expected delivery time is 7 days from dispatch within India.
** The delivery time may exceed for remote locations.
Cancellation Policy :
** Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy :
MSHC accepts returns only in following cases :
1. Products are received in damaged condition
2. Products received are different from those ordered
** In any of these cases, customer can return the products to MSHC. MSHC will replace the product within 30 working days.
Customer should adhere to following guidelines for returning products :
** Please inform MSHC customer care through email or phone immediately on the receipt of the product about damage or problems on phone no: 0712 – 2712262
** Please retain original packing including tags, labels and products should be returned in the same conditions as delivered.
** Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found which are obvious to be done by customer, return won’t be accepted.
** Based on the instructions from MSHC executives, customer can ship the product through courier back to MSHC.
