** We ship to almost all countries worldwide. For list of countries, please select your country at checkout.
** Ships via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS
** Arrives in 2-15 business days depending on destination.
** Shipping costs are shown and calculated before you checkout, please proceed to checkout to see costs for your order.

** Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country.
** Most of the orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
** Please check your country’s excise and custom policy for import charges and customs clearance if any.
** Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

** If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
** During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.
** Please note that we will only ship your order upon receipt of payment confirmation on your order.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
** Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
** Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
** We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

What is the return policy?
** Please see our Returns & Cancellations for complete details regarding our return policy.

Return And Refund Policy :
** Items are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
** For returns, please send a request to our support team for Return Merchant Authorizarion (RMA) request and they can help you with the same.
** Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons.
** All other orders can be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery, for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges.

** If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address provided in the RMA in its original sealed packaging.
** If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the order total.
** Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

** Please confirm the return shipping address in your RMA to send the returns to correct warehouse as we have multiple locations.
** In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can instantly investigate and fix the issue with your order.
** Please submit the pictures of the damaged package along with your email message and hold on to the package till you receive an update from us.

Cancellations :
** Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. In case you need to cancel or alter your order, please get in touch with us via email within 12 business hours of placing the order, with the cancellation/alteration request. No alterations or cancellations can be done to any orders past 12 hours as the order would be processed or sent to shipping by then.
