Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy :
** Delhi Duty Free’s return policy offers you the option to return the items purchased from our outlets at T-3, IGI Airport, New Delhi, India within 60 days of shopping.
** Under the return policy you can either claim exchange or seek refund of the billing price.
** However the exchange or refund can only be possible from the same outlet from where the item has been purchased.
** Also all items to be returned must be unused, in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

The return policy is subject to terms and conditions as below :
The return policy is not applicable on :
** Items purchased under any promotion/scheme/gift with purchases/discounts etc.
** Eatables like sweets, tea etc.
** Lingerie
** Jewelry
** watches
** The company reserves the right to refuse the applicability of the return policy on any purchase if it is found that the claim is not proper.

** The return policy is not applicable on items which have been altered.

Good evening madam and sir i was going to bangkok on 6th November 22 time 6.58 Am so i made online payment to buy two bottles at indira gandhi international airport but my payment got deducted from my account.There your cashier Mr. Arun ji had shown the sir, then he told me that sir this payment has not been Reflect in our account yet, in 3 days or you will get payment, payment will come in our account.
    But when I returned from Bangkok, my account didn’t even get paid.
    When I came from Bangkok, I talked to Mr. Santosh ji who is the manager of duty free store, he said sir, you put the complaint, your payment will come in your account.Then Santosh ji assured me that sir your payment will come in your account.After he said, I bought two bottles in the case of Shivas.I want my amount as soon as possible and also want a 10% discount on the two bottles I had already booked

    This is a complaint against your worker Chetna Bush stationed at store ID 09-10 on 1-1-18, I purchased certain things amongst that was guylian dark 72% which she didn’t put in the bag. Bill number is 17s0901000052972 and POS ID is s0901. Kindly check the matter and do the needful.
