Shipping Policy :
Delivery Time :
** We usually deliver in 4 to 6 working days.

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details :
1. Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
2. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

3. Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

** In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.
** Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with.

Payment Terms :
** We accept payment through Net Banking, all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash-on-Delivery.
** Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available only in select cities.
** With COD you shall be required to pay cash on delivery of the goods you ordered.
** We currently do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft.

Shipping Charges :
** We offer free shipping on all orders.
** Shipping charges may vary for promotional offers.
** For some Products We charge Rs.50 on Cash On Delivery(COD).

Return Policy :
Order cancellation :
** To cancel an order, simply call our customer service at +91-8080994349 (9AM – 8PM, Mon – Sat) or email us at pratik AT Fragume.com.
** In case, the order has already been shipped, please inform customer service and do not accept the shipment.
** You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped out.

Returns policy :
** Fragume.com follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy.
** You can return unused products you have ordered within 14 days of the date of receipt.
** Used products cannot be returned.

Refund policy :
** Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Fragume.com receives returned goods.
** A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account or sent to you through courier in case of Cash on Delivery orders.

** The cheque will be made in favour of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order.
** In case of prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.
