Shipping Policy :
1. All Items shall be dispatched through courier within 10-15 working days only after realization of payment.
2. We reserve the right to change a requested method of shipment if it does not comply with regulations or, in our judgment, will not deliver a product safely.
3. We use FedEx courier service only; sometimes it may take more than 24 hrs to appear on website of Courier Company. So, please be patient.

4. The Delay in Delivery also becomes if certain Area codes are not covered by courier services in that case we shall keep a track of the consignment and inform you.(For which,we also require your Kind co-operation and you can directly contact us before leaving any feedback)

5. Ordered product may arrive earlier also but during national Holidays or unfortunate circumstances may lead to delay.We try our Best to deliver as committed.
6. Once goods are dispatched,we shall update you with the Tracking No. of your Shipment.
7. Any offer related to shipping on cgherbals.com is applicable only within India.

Payment Policy:
1. We accept the following payment methods currently,

2. Goods shall not be shipped unless the entire billed amount is remitted to our account.
3. There are absolutely no hidden charges on any product you buy from us.
4. The final cost is mentioned on the payment page and you shall have to pay nothing more than that.

Note: For certain areas where LBT or Entry Tax is Payable, the Buyer is responsible to pay the same and the Seller.

Return Policy :
** cgherbals.com believes in just not building customer faith but also build a strong bond with you.

To serve you better, kindly take care of the following policies :
1) We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

2) We will issue credit note only for all returns.
3) Replacement of product is solely based upon the discretion of our executive after the damaged good has been inspected by us.

4) Returns authorized beyond the 72 hrs will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
5) For replacement of good it is mandatory to have the products in their original packaging provided by us along with its invoice shipped to you.
** P.S. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for replacement.
