Warranty Services

Limited Warranty:
** FLY Mobiles Private Limited, provides Limited Warranty of your mobile phone and original accessories delivered with your mobile phone(hereinafter referred to as “Product”)
** The Limited Warranty extends for a period of one year on the Transceiver, 6 months on the Battery and the Charger, and 3 months on any other Accessories, from the date of purchase.
** Any cut on cord or broken charging pins are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty period :
** Subject to the conditions specified herein, the Company warrants the Product to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase and for a subsequent period of one year for the Transceiver, six months for the USB charger/ Travel charger/ Battery, and three months for the Hands free, Data cable; all periods commencing from the date of purchase

How to get warranty service :
** To obtain warranty services, the purchaser needs to bring the Product to the Company’s Authorised Care Centre at his/her own cost, along with the original proof of purchase, bearing unaltered/ unmodified date of purchase and IMEI number.
