** Please read the following terms and conditions (Cash on Delivery) very carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
** We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option only for purchases of Rs. 500/- and above and below Rs. 5000/-
** The Cash on Delivery option is available only in few selected regions in Andhra Pradesh.
** We are in the process of expanding our reach to other states (nationwide).

** Prior to shipping your products, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Support regarding your purchase.
** We will be re-confirming your personal details like your shipping address, email id and the number of products purchased.
** Kindly cooperate with us so that we can deliver your products at the earliest.

** Please expect the confirmation call from our Customer Support within 2 working days from the date of placing the order.
** We ship your order only after you re-confirm your purchase details.
** We strive to deliver your products purchased from ZoDepot in the fastest possible time and in excellent condition.

Return and Refund Policy :
** If for any reason you are unhappy with any product that you have purchased from us, you can return the product in its original condition within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
** All you need to do is give us a call on 040-49006202 or fill in the Product Return Form (which is available on our website) within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery.
** The returned products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.

** Refund is subject to inspection and checking by ZoDepot team.
** Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Refund Policy.
** Products purchased under the Special Promotions category are also not eligible for a refund.
** The money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction within a period of 30 days from the time of receiving the request for refund.
