Shipping Policy :
** We only ship within India
** Delivery is via third party courier, only the trusted and acclaimed courier companies are considered.
** It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
** All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.
** Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Indian Postal Services.
** Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
** As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time.

** The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
** If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods.
** If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
** If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
** Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
** Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy :
** Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order.
** During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

To attempt to cancel your order during processing :
** Sign in to your account.
** Find the order on your account Main Page.
** Click the order number to see the Order Details.
** If it is still possible to cancel, you will see a Cancel button on the Order Details page that you can use to send an intent to cancel for your order.
** This sends a cancel request, but it does not guarantee the order will be cancelled.
** If there is no button, the order is too far along in the shipping process and cannot be cancelled.
** If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, or the intent to cancel request is not successful, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
** Please note that there will be no cancellation on healthcare products.

Refunds :
** Defective items will be replaced. ShoppersGreed will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
** All Refund requests need to be made in writing to support AT shoppersgreed.com within 7 days of purchase.
** In the event that ShoppersGreed chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

** In case a customer chooses to return the product and that is aggreed by ShoppersGreed support , cancellation charge of 20% would be applicable.
** Customer will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card less cancellation charge will be refunded.
