I simply cheated by the S.K.India Office Staff Mr.Rajesh, who came from Trichy Office. My Canon copier Model iR 3235 which purchased from S.K.India, Trichy office in the year 2015. Follow up repairs rectified by them attending various staffs by various time so far. That on 11.09.2019 one Mr.Rajesh came to my present address at Karur for attending the said machine complaint. Rat bites some boards. So he asked me Rs.2,000/- + travelling expenses Rs.600/- for dismantle some boards and after checking refit the same to the Machine. I admitted and fully paid to him on 11.09.2019. He dismantled 6 Boards from my Copier. After lapse of nearly 1 1/2 months, on 21.10.1019 he returned and refixed some boards and got my signature from me. I don’t know what board he dismantled and what board he refixed into my Xerox machine. While he alerted me, not to switch on the machine, because there no proper connection internally, so it may cause short circuit. I accepted. Now I am taking steps to sell the same at Karur, while some Service engineers came and find out into my machine, that READER BOARD, & POWER SUPPLY BOARD both are missing. They told that the said S.K.INDIA Staff Rajesh looted the said 2 Boards and cheated you. Now I am trying to contact the said Rajesh personal cell number, he never care my call and some time he switched off his cell. So I am moving to display the S.K.INDIA true colour through you tube channels and legally taking steps to recover the same before Police complaints as well as the Consumer Redressal Formum.
