How to Make Reservation?
** Customers availing the services of are requested to fill all necessary fields given in the Booking Form on the website and submit the same to send to our Tours Department.
** Should the customer need immediate assistance, may get in touch with us directly through our e-mail support@ OR any of the contact address given on the website.
** Our travel experts will ensure earliest possible reply to your query with the available information positively.
** You need to reserve the booking prior to one month from the date you plan to travel.
** No reservation is accepted and completed till the agreed amount for the desired service is received by from the customer .
What is included in our price?
** only provides the hotel reservations.Rooms provided in hotels/resorts are usually equipped with standard amenities.
** You will be responsible for any damage caused to the property of hotel/resort during your period of stay and will be asked to pay for any the damage, if any, to the resort directly.
** Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included in this holiday Voucher.
** However, meals and transportation may be complimentarily provided in certain packages offered by the company.
** Availability of rooms in the majority of hotels/resorts can be confirmed one month prior With advance notice at the time of booking process.
** Only completely filled Booking Forms along with a photocopy of invoice, against which the pack has been purchased will be entertained.
** The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
** The hotel has the right to charge for additional facilities like extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities availed by the customers during their stay at the hotel.
** Any such payment towards utility charges will be payable in full to the hotel directly by the customer at the time of Check-out
How the Booking will be done?
** Booking in a hotel/resort will be done in the name of the customer on the residential address of the customer, as specified in the Voucher Card Request Form.
** A proof of identity is required for booking and is also to be produced at the time of Check-in at the hotel.
** A confirmation through e-mail or telephonicaly will be issued in the name of the customer by , once the booking in a hotel or resort is done.
** Group booking (request for processing two or more booking vouchers together at one time) will not be entertained and will stand cancelled In order to avail this offer, the Booking Request Voucher must be. completed and mailed to the Fairstay at the address provided in the Voucher Code Request Form.
** No changes can be made once the booking has been confirmed. Any charge or cancellations to the additional services will be made in sync with standard terms and conditions which are advised at the time of booking.
** On the other hand all changes will be charged to the customer after confirmation from the hotel / resort.
