Refund / Cancellation Policy
** Cancellation of ticket can be made at least two hours before the departure time of the service.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges per seat are as follows:
** Before 48 hours of departure 20%
** Between 48 hours and 6 hours 35%
** Between 6 hours and 2 hours 50%
** Normally, the refund amount will be credited to debited account within next 8 working days.

On 17th September 2021,I booked a ticket from karunamoyee to Asansol scheduled to depart from karunamoyee at 3 o clock,(afternoon). But the bus was cancelled. Till today I did not get the refund of fare.
On 23/09/2018, I tried to book 2 tickets from Karunamoyee to Asansol online and the amount Rs.720 debited from my account but transaction got failed so, I didn’t get tickets. Till date, I didn’t get my refund money.
I want to know Durgapur to Karunamoyee SBSTC bus time.
