I booked a ticket on 29/04/19. PNR number is O5030583 But the bus is cancelled so I claimed my money with 100%.
While ticketing, I have faced problem but ticket amount of Rs.407 is deducted form my account. Booking ID is BI2402903, Booking from Cuttack to Rampur, and the seat number is 25 A but the booking process was not successful. But yet the amount is not refunded. What to do?
