Shipping & Delivery Policy

What are the delivery charges?
** Delivery is free for most of the products purchased with Ebazar.ninja. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed on the website. Delivery charges are subject to vary from product to product. We recommend reviewing the final price before proceeding to payment.

Do I need to pay any hidden charges or tax?
** There are no hidden charges on the purchase made with Ebazar.ninja. The ‘selling price’ displayed on our website is the final price which you need to pay. Shipping charges, if any, are not considered as hidden cost as shipping charges are displayed at the time of placing order.

What is the expected delivery time?
** Delivery time is different for each product as it depends on the availability of the product and the shipping location. The standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the date of order. However, the products are usually delivered within a maximum time span of 3 to 4 working days.

Why estimated delivery time is different for each product?
**  We have thousands of sellers registered with us. Delivery schedule may vary from product to product as every product is dispatched for delivery by different sellers.

** Also, delivery time is influenced by the location where the product needs to be delivered and availability of the product with the seller.

Why product delivery is not available in my area?
** We are expanding our business to capture the market and deliver products all over India.

There are certain limitations which restrict delivery to some locations, such as :
** Courier partner is not providing service to your location.
** Seller does not ship products to the specific area.
** Reliable courier partners are not available in a specific location.
** Delivery of a specific product is restricted by government in the area.

Cash on delivery option is not available in my area, why?
Cash on delivery option may not be available in some specific locations as our courier partners do not accept cash as payment in some specific locations.

Why my order was not delivered within the expected delivery schedule?
** We pack and ship the products for delivery as soon as we receive order confirmation from our customers. There are a few possible causes due to which your product delivery may get delayed:

** Our courier partners have non-operational hours or holiday on the day when we received your order request.No or low availability of the product with seller

Cancellation and Refund Policy :
** No cancellations will also be entertained for those products that EBazar marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

** However, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

** Kindly view all product descriptions and product videos(If Available) where available before purchase.

** EBazar items are not available for trial and return. We understand that other vendors may be supplying products which can be tried and returned. These vendors may then recycle the returned products to other customers. Which means that you may also be receiving used and recycled merchandise when buying from such vendors.

** EBazar does not recycle products, hence, we are unable to accept used products back for a refund, immaterial of the reason. All EBazar items are sold with a replacement warranty, and if there is any warranty issue with the product, they will be replaced promptly.

** Note that products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are as per description and delivered in working condition. Exchange is at the sole discretion of the Sales Team and can be exercised only under special and genuine circumstances.

** In any case, refunds are not possible for items once they are shipped. Products may be replaced or exchanged or a voucher worth purchase value issued if a return is authorized as a very special case.

** In case an return for a refund or voucher is authorized, the customer may no longer keep using the product. Any usage of the product post a refund confirmation would void all the customer rights.
** The Merchant shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect incurred by the customer towards usage, inablity to use or failure of the product.

** The customer agrees to buy and use the product at his own responsibility and risk and use necessary discretion and care when operating electronic products. The maximum liability of the merchant will be limited to the cost of the product purchased.

** It is the customers responsibility to use the product correctly and as described, and to consult the merchant in case of any doubt.

** In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

** For any replacement, the product needs to be returned first. In case of replacement for transit damage or warranty claim, postage costs will be reimbursed for the return after verification of the claim. Return of the product is mandatory to initiate a claim.

Refund Policy for out of stock items :
** For any reason, if the product you have ordered is not available in stock, we will give you the option to change your order to another item of equivalent value you. However, if you so wish, a full refund of your payment will be processed in this scenario.

** Processing time for refunds can take upto 7 days.
** No refunds will be given for items purchased using loyalty points, referral credits or coupons of any kind. Only actual monetary payments can be refunded.

  1. My order number is OID374000, dated 8.04.2017. I have purchased Callmate Data Cable Micro USB and MI20000 Portable Power Bank. After receiving the parcel and on checking I found that the portable power bank is defective. It is loose and shaking. Immediately the complaint was raised and I have sent the email. Till today there is no response. I have been calling the customer care Numbers. But no response. Please help me.
