  1. I have transferred money from my account to another account through BHIM SBI PAY APP. Customer reference number is 901020467972, dated 10-01-2019.

  2. I had paid electricity bill for amount Rs.24666 through BHIM application on 15th January 2019. This amount is debited from my account but not credited in JVVNL account. Reference number is 901511636877 and Ticket number is 580056. Kindly get this amount credited back to my account.

  3. I have paid my CESC Kolkata electricity bill on dated 80/12/18 at 8:55pm. My Transaction ID is S97670648 and UPI reference number is 834220583760. My billing amount is Rs.990/-. Till now, the payment is pending and I have not get any email (or) message regarding my transaction. So, please take a quick step of this transaction to complete it fast. Otherwise I will take judicial step to recover my money.

  4. I have paid Rs.136 of my electricity bill through BHIM SBI pay app on dated 1/10/2018 vide customer reference number 827423086876 & another bill of Rs. 5940 on dated 13/11/2018 vide customer reference number 831711857097 from myVPA account to tapzo@sbi but not credited to bill. It shows on app in progress. I have a request you to please check status and initiate for refund.

  5. I have paid my bill through SBI app and debited but not received any update from electricity department. Please help me. Otherwise I go to court. My UPI Reference Number is 828609502553. Bill amount is 1437.00. WDL TFR is UPI/DR/828609502553/TRF to 4898751162090.

  6. I cancelled my flight ticket from Surat to Bangalore but still I didn’t receive the refund amount from Tapzo.

    Please kindly help me to solve this problem.
