    I am Bijoy Medayil, I have to pass a complain about QRS Kottarakara customer care. 5 months ago I have complained about my SAMSUNG DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE fault ,they came and checked to find the problem but, still they didn’t fix the problem lots of times we call them to do follo up and even went to the store directly too. Theses days I am contacting them everyday but they are not giving proper response, each time different people are attending call and we are explaining stories each time.
    This customer services are not good at all. Please do need full response. Thankyou

  2. QRS after sale sales services very poor. I purchased a Samsung Inverter Refrigerator from QRS Chengannur in March 2020 paying 35000. The product stopped working within 3 months. It appears the product supplied was a defective one. When contacted QRS they say the customer need to contact Samsung.Registered Complaint with Samsung. No use. And I am running from pillar to post. Even after 6 months neither Samsung nor QRS seem to address the issue. Now you think if it is wise to buy products from QRS. There are better dealers around. Choose your dealer wisely weather it is for home appliances or your favorite Car. The dealer does matter.

  3. I had purchased a beetel gsm phone from triavandrum karamana qrs and it stoped working after 6months . The beetel service return the product with out rectifying the complaint after one month. The qrs team not taking any responsiblity regarding this issue. Very bad after sale service

  4. We have been a customer of QRS for a long time now. However the latest was a small purchase- a Bajaj kettle. Upon using this we found the plastic is melting and forms a coat above the water when it gets cold. Explained it to QRS palarivattom, Cochin. But the Manager was so helpless that he wanted the CARTON box of the product to do something! Purchase was less than a week back and had given the bill and warranty card. Mind the product has a 2 year warranty! Hopeless service and attitude. Never any more purchase from QRS.

  5. Very bad customer service because I purchase an AC from QRS on 12/3/19 but no body is come here to fit it till now.

  6. I have been a regular customer of QRS for he past 12 years. Wherever I was posted in Kerala, I make my purchases from QRS and maintain good relations with the branch like Ernakulam, Kottayam, Kollam etc. However I deeply regret to note the extremely poor service provided by your sales person Mr.Anish of your Pathanamthitta branch today. As I needed a laptop urgently, I contacted him in the morning at around 10 am and requested to know the price of Dell and Lenova model.

    As he insisted for configurations, I send the required configurations to his email id immediately and also informed him regarding the same. But inspite of the same there was no reply from him. At around 2 pm when I contacted him, he spoke in an irritating tone that his is at the bank and asked me (infact it was more of an order) to call back at around 3.30 p.m. Still when there was no response from him, I called him up but he did not pick up the call.

    Then I called the showroom’s land line number and insisted on the call to be passed to him. It was at this time that he gave me a blunt foolish reply that he is not available. I sternly asked him to view my mail properly wherein I had asked for I5 configuration only. He then in a slack manner gave me a reply that he will call back. But now till 10 pm he has not called back. What kind of salesperson he is, if he is not able to provide the price of a product to customer even after taking one whole day. Can you please arrange for some other sales person with a little more sense of duty to handle the matter?

  7. I am from Nandibazar, Quilandy, Calicut. I had purchased a Kent water purifier from your Calicut on 13/08.2018. They promised me that the same will be installed with in 48 hours by your service rep. But to my surprise, a person from TVM called me that I must reregister with another phone number so that, rep from calicut would visit me. The only mistake I had done was that I purchased one Kent water purifier from QRS Pattom on 3/8/2018 for TVM use. The matter was brought to Calicut QRS 2 times. I was unaware that only one purifier will be given to a customer till I purchased another one from your calicut retail. If this is your practice, please mention in your AD that a person will be given only one purifier in the same phone number In this context, I would like to know what shall I do with this purifier.

  8. I had purchased a LED TV 39 INCH FULL HD, HAIER on dt 01.07.2018 from QRS Alapuzha with great expectation. I had purchased this TV because a low budget good TV only I expected. After fixing the the TV, I found the settings in TV (USER) the color
    combination is not adjusting with my need. I informed the Manager QRS Alapuzha and give me an another chance to change my HAIER TV.On dt 05.07.2018, I brought another TV Panasonic 39 inch TH39E200DX (2018 model), after fixing the TV at home only I noticed that the TV is not FULL HD, it is only 720P, HD ready. From that time, I am very much sad about the TV, that I expected it is a FULL HD TV with high resolution. For this TV, I paid 4300/-rupees more, for I thought it might be a good TV. I believed the BRAND NAME (PANASONIC) that I don’t know much about LED TV.I will be graceful to you to please give me another chance to change my TV with FULL HD, HIGH RESOLUTION. I will pay the balance amount. Expected a positive reply from your side to change the TV.
