  1. Very bad experiences hole shopping. They won’t even listen and just keep on escalating your case and say you will get an update within 24 hours and even after days of waiting no resolution to your problem.

  2. No jabong credits showing in my account, though i have not made any purchase with that. For such, called more than 10 times to the customer care executive but they are not at all receiving the call. It is true now a days the customer care experience is becoming very unsatisfactory. This is the second time facing with such an issue. If they continue this kind of service then it would be very difficult for us to continue shopping with Jabong.

    1. Same with my case mam. Its been one month I have been waiting for my refund. They don’t reply my call and mails. Just don’t getting how to contact them.

  3. I want to return one kurti which I have ordered but its quality is very bad. So kindly return it, as son as possible. My Order no. is 160529540240163. I have called customer care no so many times but they are not responding at all. Very bad service you are providing.
