Account closure was confirmed to me during telephonic conversation on 23rd August 2011. Suddenly, after almost 6 1/2 years I am receiving SMS from NSEMS informing that some balance is due from me. I strongly deny having any outstanding dues with you since the account was not operated at all since June 2011. In case you are debiting annual charges, that is not my responsibility. I urge you to stop reporting dues against me when account itself was closed. Please do the needful.
