  2. I took connection on the evening f 15th JULY 2021 by paying Rs4600/-.. On 16th it got the services. Unfortunately from the early morning on 17th July 2021 no service. It shows ” NO SIGNAL ” NO EPG SIGNAL , contact Asianet customer service center . on the second day itself the problems NOT GETTING SIGNAL started. Previously I had Airtel and I thought Asianet may be better. I cannot understand why not getting signal even though I paid one year subscription and installation charges. Regret to take connection.

  3. I have taken connection by paying 35000 as advance. But a very very poor service only I am getting. As on now, my status is no signal.

  5. DEar sir,
    I was using an asianet connection DI91015540 . I paid the amoutnt for subscription for 1 year. During the new rules of TRAI yourself gave me a message stating that here after the connection is prepaid and your paid amount for 1 year will be redesignated as Prepaid.
    I thought the the connection will be disconnected after that date. Again 1 more moth the service was provided and an sms saying that rs 320/- should be paid. or the connection will be disconnected in the last day of the month. I was waiting for you to disconnect the service but again the service was not disconnected. Meanwhile a complaint was lodged in your customer service with proper docket no. That was closed without any feedback from me.
    The process is again and again repeating and every month you are adding 320/-
    My question is that
    1. why you are providing service to customer if the entire platform is prepaid
    2. If it is post paid why you are not disconnecting service if myself is making a default of 1 month
    3. Then all the above queries are justified why you are not giving service to me with just basic plan.(minimum plan)
    This are all violation of TRAI rules.TRAI is giving frequent messages for reducing cable charges by selecting few channels.
    In this era of reduced PHONE charges ,Internet charges Rs 320/- for Cable TV is very high.
    If my complaint booked with docket no was seriously addressd i could have given all this details.
    So i request you to disconnect my cable connection as on today .
    Dont provide service to customers if they are defaulter. My TV was not working for more than 3 months in this period and i have not used the service.

    Expecting a favourable reply. The customer service is very bad as far as asianet is concerned. They are not aware of anything.

  6. Months back, Asianet cable service was unsatisfactory for me and wanted to select channels through online. At that time instead of my number, the number 9847388813 (One Abhilash from Asianet cables) was registered as customer number. So we couldn’t select our channels. Several times we informed the matter to him, but he was not ready to change. Then complained to customer care through phone and it was assured to change. but no result. Call records from 9446100791 to Abhilash & others reveal the continuous communication in this matter. Later we changed to Tata
    Sky. After that I told to reps of asianet cables that we dont need your service when they approached. Months later one person from Asianet cables came and collected money from mother (she thought that it was for Tata sky) for the services not provided. We dont get Asianet cable service for the last several months. I informed the matter to Abhilash to refund the money. But no response. So I want to get back my money.

NEW CONNECTION OPTION IS WORKING AND THE WHERE TRANSFER THE CALL BUT NO ONE ATTENDING. I AM GO THOUGH SO MANY OPTIONS BY NO ONE CAN CONTACT ME TILL THE END. PLEASE PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE.

    Had requested in writing by filling up the form for specific channels of our choice at the Pappanamcode office. Paid another visit to add more channels in March but till date, this has not been activated. If after visiting the office no service can be provided, there is no point in registering a complaint.
    Last month we were told to pay Rs. 156 but for which channels, don’t think even Asianet will know.

    Yesterday’s SMS said to pay Rs. 180 and get Rs. 20 off if paid at Asisanet office. We went to pay this amount but the discount was not applicable as they have not been informed.

    So with such poor service there is no choice but to disconnect Asianet which hopefully will be done by the 15th of May as requested.

  10. My Customer ID is GA92008647. I have registered with Asianet digital earlier and as (or) now forgotten my password. I have tried several times on the “forgot password” option without any success. I even went to the nearest Asianet Digital office at Kakkanad and asked him to cancel my registration so that I can re-register and continue. Inspite of that the system still showing it as “Customer already registered” and I am not able to choose / change / add any channels of my choice. All due to wrong password. Kindly do the needful so that I can do online transactions without wasting my time.

  11. How to get subscriber code?

  12. MY ID is GA 92024922. There was a balance of Rs.1,018 in my wallet till last night. I opted for a new plan last evening. Kerala Economy, with 2 bouquets, BCCL Times Bouquet 3 and Turner HD and also a number of channels under Ala Carte the total amount coming to below Rs.300/-. Accordingly, the amount was debited to my account and the balance in my account was 700 plus at that time. But now I find it is Rs.323/- only. What happened to the Rs.400 approximately? No one in the customer care could help me and I was asked to send an email to my id. Hence I request you to look into the matter and rectify the error and credit back the amount due to me. Your customer care service is also not at all helpful.

I AM NOT GETTING CHANNELS SINCE FEBRUARY 1ST ONWARDS AS THE SET TOP BOX WAS DEAD AND GONE VATTIYURKAVU OFFICE 3 TIMES TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THEY REPLIED NO SET TOP BOX AVAILABLE. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I WAS CHARGED FEBRUARY & MARCH. MARCH 1ST WEEK, I GONE TO EDAPAZHALANJI OFFICE AND GIVEN WRITTEN LETTER TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICE TEMPORARILY AS NO SET TOP BOX AVAILABLE. I RECEIVED MESSAGE TO PAY AGAIN 300 SOME THING. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE AMOUNT. ASIANET CAN DISCONNECT MY SERVICE AND I CAN SWITCH OVER OTHER SERVICE.

  15. My cable ID is GA90400840. I have paid in advance for 5 years. I have selected KSD 10 but till today I am not getting Asianet and Surya channels. Why is this happening when all my neighbors are getting the selected channels. The elderly people in my home are feeling sad for not getting the channels. Please be kind enough to look into this matter and do the needful. On my mothers behalf I would be very much thankful to you.

  16. My mother’s subscription Id is AA91046957. I had selected 26 Alacarte channels for which tariff roughly amounts to Rs.193.50 + taxes. I selected 26 FTA channels also. So adding Statutory channels (26), the total number of channels comes to 80. As per TRAI regulations, tariff upto 100 channels should be only Rs.130 + taxes. Network capacity base 1, base 2 etc is not applicable. My bill amount therefore should be approximately Rs.382/-(Rs.193.50 + Rs.130.00 = Rs.323.50+taxes). So after adjusting the previous balance, I was asked to pay Rs.213 (rounded off to Rs 220). And next subscription is payable only by middle of next month (19th March 2019). But now to my dismay I am getting messages to pay Rs.1098. Kindly rectify immediately & advise me.

  18. I had earlier raised an issue with ala-carte selection. (Ticket Number WC88554). As per complaint I had requested to help me with channel selection issues. My package selection was delayed since when I contacted nearby office of asianet at Technopark they told me that I have time till February end. Also I had picked a package through below asianet site.

    Later the “subscription order form” tab got removed from the page. So Ih ave tried the same through “subscriber corner” option but I am unable to complete the same.

    Whenever I tried to create package, trying to click on “Calculate NCF & Checkout” button I am getting error and showing a message previous order loaded. I had noticed Network slab (20 Channels) also added. Support team had told me that they will remove current selection that I will be able to create new one, I waited and tried the same but am not able to submit since issue is not solved. Between my ticket got closed as resolved. Also customer case executive is behaving rude and not getting any response if I contacted any of the provided numbers am not getting any response. Now when I check on subscriber page I saw that my balance which was earlier (as on date 31st Jan) is Rs 549/- is now -5.21 rupees. I was earlier having Kerala Value pack which got transferred to Rs. 191 plan as per new scheme. I have seen many packages added and removed from my account and its payment got deducted. Kindly help me with this issue.

    I have attached all those screenshots which you may find helpful in addressing my issue. Also can find the details in my account (Subscriber Code: AA92034991). If this issue is not going to resolve, please help me to discontinue service with Asianet digital. I have been your customer for the last 20 years.

  19. Subscriber code is KA90208119. Please help me to change my registered mobile number. Kindly make this change possible. The mobile number which I given at the time of registration is not in use now so, I can’t get the OTP. This is required for my registration and thereafter successful completion of selection of package of Channels.

    1. Unable to enter subscriber log in with my user name and password. Hence not able to complete the second step of selection of my favourite channels. Pleas help to solve this problem. I have already registered my name with the registered mobile number. I can’t further move to select my favourite channels.

  20. My customer ID is CA90132594. I selected asianet channel package and I paid the Advance. I have sent 3 letters to Kozhencherry office but no action taken. I requested 100 free channels with all malayalam free channels and 15 pay channels as given below.

    TLC, Asianet, Asianetplus, Discovery, Animalplanet, National Geographic, PGO, BBC, CNN Internatioal, Kochu TV, DSports, Natigo Wild, Suriya Comedy, News 18 Keralam and Zee Keralam.

  21. Subscriber Code is GA91121411. I had opted for the HDK03/Emerald package after TRAI update on February 5th 2019. But, I am not getting all the channels which come under this subscription. I have been raising complaint tickets daily with the Asianet customer care since the past 5 days, but till now no help has been provided. Asianet is being non cooperative and not even sending any technician to resolve this matter.

  28. My subscriber ID is GA91061267. On 31st January, I visited Asianet Cochin Pallinada office and submitted my personal choice of free and pay channels. But not finding any action on it, I sent mail to the subscriber mail with copy to the help desk. Seeing no proper action I sent reminders by mail and was finally rewarded with some pay channels that I did not request for. Wrote again to subscriber corner (Mr.Akhil) with copy to help desk but no action (or) reply. I have been with Asianet since 2001 continuously. It is so pathetic for the customer. Please help.

  33. My Subscription ID is JA92001910. I have selected 98 free channels as per my wish through online on 7th February 2019. But now it is surprisingly noted that while the view button there are 168 free channels. As per TRAI regulation up to 100 free channels the total charge to be Rs 153.60 including taxes. I have received a message that my Digital TV Service has been migrated to new scheme as per my channel selection. But I am not receiving the free channels as per my selection. Also the prepaid charge amounts to Rs.177/- instead of Rs.153/60 up to 100 free channels and number base 1, base 2 etc not applicable since either paid channels are selected or the free channels not exceeded 100. None is attending either in your Palakkad office or in Kochi. The 24 hour customer care number is always busy and contacting the number 04847101629, it is always telling that all routes are busy and it amounts to a very very poor customer service. My grievances are not sorted out. I once again repeat that please migrate the digital TV as per my selection of 98 free channels. I am not able to see the free channels like REPUBLIC TV, NEWS 24 MALAYALAM and number of other channels I selected. Now I am able to see the free channels as per your selection only. If my problem is not rectified, I am forced to discontinue with your cable Vision. I want only 98 free channels which I have selected and not more than that and the chargeable amount is not to exceed Rs.154/-.

  34. As Ala Carte channels were not available by 5th February, I had opted for the Kerala Silver package. Since Ala Carte channels have become available now, please provide an option for changing the channel/package selection.

I have submitted my new subscription form twice at your Asianet Office Palarivattom (Kochi). I have opted for basic FTA plan. Now no TV connection. No response from your office. Please check and do the needful.

  39. Subscriber number is GA92024212. I have renewed Asianet connection on 21/02/2015 for 10 years by paying Rs.22740/-. As per your calculation, there is a balance of Rs.4063 in my account. As per TRAI rules, I want to propose channels of my choice. How many free & pay channels I can propose, and how I can do it. Please inform me.

  45. My KT is 39556. They have not attended the complaint in time, I am forced to change my connection. BSNL is more butter.

    1. Irresponsible customer care and their attitude. The only way is, avoid their service and change the Dish connection.

  47. Today is Christmas and this Asianet provider (the worst provider) is showing no signal found and not resolving the problem. I am going to change my cable network.

  49. My ID is KA91010220. I subscribed to one year plan by paying Rs.2760 (+275 towards AMC of STB) on 28.6.2018 vide Invoice number P/321170005558074 dt.1.6.18. (Agent:Rajan T, Spectra Vision, Vengery). My connection was cut from 22.10.18 with display “you are not authorised to view the channels…..”. On contacting the CCC, I was told that subscription for 3 months were pending, which is not true as I had paid for 12 months already. I furnished the payment details to them. The issue has not been resolved till today despite reminding them. It is urged that the matter may be settled without further delay (or) action may be taken to refund the balance amount.
