Shipping & Delivery

** All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Faridabad.
** We offer free shipping within India (YAY).
** We offer CASH ON DELIVERY to certain areas within India. To know if your area is eligible for COD, please enter your pincode at checkout.

** As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are sent out within 2 business days (subject to availability) from our warehouse. Once your order is on its way you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order please email/call us.

** Please be sure to enter your full address including your pin code and phone number at checkout.
** For now Rengé ships within India only, however if you want to speak to us about a custom order please email us.
** We will gladly exchange item(s) or give you store credit, within 14 days of you receiving your package.
** We do not allow refunds for any items.
** We don’t offer exchange or store credit for sale items.
** Free shipping doesn’t apply for exchanges.
** When exchanging an item, please make sure all original garment tags are still attached and the item(s) are unused and returned in original packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been worn.

** We usually process all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability) so call/email us immediately in case you need to cancel! Once the order is processed we are unable to cancel it. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.

** In case you receive a damaged product, please email/call us immediately! Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won’t accept damaged returns after that.
** Most of our orders are received within 10 working days. We don’t ship on the weekends or holidays, cuz we’re too busy chilling as we hope you are too .

How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Rengé is easy breezy! Once you’ve found what you like, choose color and size (please be sure to refer to our sizing guide) and click on ADD TO CART. You can review your items by clicking on the SHOPPING CART link, but if you’re in a hurry go straight to CHECKOUT to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Setting up an account helps us to get to know you better, and you’d be in the loop with all that’s happening but if you really can’t be bothered, you can shop anonymously.

What countries does Rengé ship to?

For now Rengé ships within India only, however if you want to speak to us about a custom order please email us.

Can I add an item after I just placed an order?

Unfortunately we are unable to add any items to an existing order, however you can place a new order anytime you feel like.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We usually process all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability) so call/ email us immediately in case you need to cancel.
