Replacement/Return Policy

At BFMe, returns and replacements requests will be entertained if:
1. Damaged/ Broken Product Received- Buyer should raise complaint within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Buyer needs to provide Images or videos for verification
2. Non-Functional Product Received- Buyer should raise complaint within 48 hours of delivery of product. Buyer also needs to provide Images or videos for verification

3. Wrong Product Received:Buyer can put in returns or replacement requests if buyer ordered product A and received product B i.e. a complete mismatch or with difference of:
** Size
** Colour
** Different Product Received

4. Order cancellation- Order cancellation requests will be accepted within 24 hours of order being placed.
*Customer Support team will decide post Verification about Cancellations
*No Refund or Cancellation on Flash Sale Products
5. Return of Unsatisfactory or not liked of the product is not allowed
6. The goods with incomplete accessories are subject to return when Buyer raises a return request for the same.
7. If original box is damaged or seal of the box has been tampered, the order is eligible for return.*
8. All products come with 6 months Seller Warranty.
*At the time of return original brand box and all tags must be intact.

1. How to create an account on BFMe?
Click on Sign-up option and a valid email Id and phone number is must to create a new account.

9. The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?

Sellers are allowed to extend the deadline for you to confirm order received, If the product is not yet shipped.
