Return & Exchange

It is Biotique’s intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call within 3 days of delivery. Our customer care details are 18001039825 or drop an email at contact AT biotique.com

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
** Return / exchange / replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by The BiotiqueTeam.For this follow steps as mentioned below:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (contact AT biotique.com) within 3 days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hrs , post confirmation from our customer service team we will arrange the pickup
Step 4: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels ,barcodes intact and in saleable condition.

** Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
** Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
** Once your exchange / return request has been accepted, the exchange / refund process will be completed within 15-17 business days, subject to picking & product inspection.
** Further for exchange / return of the products, Biotique will issue Biotique Credits Notes. These Credit Notes can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
** Some special rules for promotional offers may override Biotique’s Exchange/ Returns Policy.

** The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.

** However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of exchange / return:
** Place your item in its original packaging.
** Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
** Keep the product and the package ready for pickup by Biotique team.

  1. Hi biotique, may I know why you have dropped bio almond overnight therapy lip balm which is very much going well. See lakhs of products are there in market only once in a while some effective good products do come like bio almond overnight therapy lip balm stick. You people even dropped that. I really badly need it all other lip balms aren’t working at all not even your advanced Ayurveda bio almond lip balm. Please let the overnight therapy bio almond stick balm come back. So many are actually in need of that.

  2. I have ordered 2 quantity of Biotique Whitening & Brightening face wash on 05th June, 2018. My order number is 100027041. I have been continuously trying to contact you on your Customer Care Number, but no one is picking up the call. Could you just assist me when my order would be delivered?

    1. My order status is showing Shipped. Could you just confirm, when I will receive my parcel? I already have made the payment. Further please share your Customer care number where I can get all the detailed information. Its almost 7 days have passed. Still I have not received my parcel/products. You would have display in the form of Pop-up on your website about the number of days it would take for any delivery. Additionally, the customer care number mentioned by you 18001039825 is not answerable. How could one get the accurate details.

  3. I ordered some products on 22nd February 2018. I don’t know when my order shipped. Please tell me how much time you need to deliver my package.

      All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 2-7 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days.
